Making a six round a five rounder

Does anyone know of a way to block a tub mag rem 870 express. My tube holds six rounds, but to bring into the US via ATF 6NIA the shotgun cant hold more than five rounds. Any thoughts.

Re read the rules... I've seen semi's with 17 round mags on 'em LOL
I don't have it in front of me, but I believe that rule was a part of the old AWB which expired a while back and no longer applies or is enforced. You may be confusing some other regs as well (922r)... The whole importation of guns that fall into the realm of "sporting use" ...
I had my Winchester 1300 on my F6 for years at a seven rnd cap. mag and it was never denied...

Just looking at the ATF Form 6 right now and it specifically states " Shotgun magazine capacity of more than 5 cartridges". I'll have to call the ATF in the morning just to clarify.
