I have 4lbs, each, of Lubrizol Alox 350, and Beeswax. I intend to mix it 50/50. My only problem is how to I make the sticks to put it in my sizer.

I have been pan lubing until now but want to cut down on the mess.

Does anyone have a good system for making sticks? I need something I can make that does not require I be a master millwright to build.

Any help would be appreciated.

Simplicity is always the best. While your mixture is still fluid, fill your sizer with it! Don't any one tell me that won't work, because I have done it many times, and you can't get simpler than that.

Yep. Watch the Salvation Army type thrift stores for a coffee cup heater. Fire a small tin or other heat resistant container full of lube onto it when you start a project. When you are done lubing and sizing, top off the reservoir, it'll be ready for the next session.

Or use the cup warmer as a heater for the lube-sizer and melt the lube in the microwave as required...

You can cast a tube of lube, and cut out the center with a piece of pipe while it is still a bit warm, too.

I totally misread "sizer" as "sister" in the title... needless to say I am relieved and somehow disappointed...
