Type of malfunction: failure to fire
Type of lubricant: issued grease
Type of ammo: issued RUAG GP90
Brand of Mags: original 20 rd
Round Count since last cleaning: less then 100
Total Round count: maybe between 6000 - 10'000 rds
Meteorological factor: -
Comments: probably bad ammo.

Make/Model of firearm: Swissarms 551LB
Type of malfunction: none
Type of lubricant: some quality gun spray
Type of ammo: Norinco, RUAG GP90, Hirtenberger, Fiocchi, Sellier & Bellot, for the most part quality ammo
Brand of Mags: original 20 and 30 rd
Round Count since last cleaning: every 200 rds or so
Total Round count: maybe 6000 or 7000 total
Meteorological factor: -
Comments: never had a single problem even when uncleaned, full of dirt or wet

Even the best guns will jam in the hands of a soldier :)
