manners stocks

Ugh, they are getting hard to find. Corlane's will bring them in but it is a real PITA and you might pay more than you want to.

I ordered mine January 6th and received it August 10th at about 30% more than quoted. The next time I am going to deal with Tom directly and have him recommend a distributor. I feel like I was taken on that deal..

I'm going to work on a friend as well, see if he will hook up with Tom as a distributor

Tom is very friendly and will answer PM's and emails personally and promptly.
 
Ya, problem is when you call Manners direct, the tell you they can get you one in 4 weeks, but it has to go through Corlanes or ATRS. Then when you call Corlanes or ATRS, they both say it will take 8-14 mths to get one. Its a shame, beautiful stocks. I just had to go McMillan again.
 
I'm thinking of one of these days asking an american friend to order one for me as a favour than the two of us will handle the export paperwork ourselves at our leisure.

Even bigger problem these days is the exchange rate which has, for me, put all of my big $ projects on hold.

Big issue has been border services holding onto product longer than they should... my stock arrived at the Canadian border May 28 and I still waited two and a half months.

My thinking is that if I put the order together with Tom so I had their tracking number then I could call Corlane's with the order number to proceed with import. Not sure how smoothly this would work but at least I could deal with Manners on tracking.
 
I was told over 12 months when I called ATRS. Ended up ordering another McM (4-6mos). I cannot quite understand why these stock makers don't increase the production lines. This isn't a new problem, and clearly the demand is not going down.

All great places to look for stocks and no wait times on em if they have em. Proper paperwork done and they are about 3 to 4 weeks to get in. Have brought in 60 of em and never had any sit at the boarder or take over a few weeks getting here. Manners are nice to for sure. Good luck with stuff
