Did a quick search on the I-net looking for such a beast...does it exist?

Simply talking about a tumbler that isn't reliant on electricity to work...think 'human' powered if you will.

You could probably rig something up with an exercise bike. Expect to go for a 2 hour or so ride.

Yep. Called "a soft clean rag" Also known as "old T-shirt"

You really don't want to tumble them by hand power. Tumbling was come up with, to avoid having to deal with cases one at a time. The trade-off is that tumbling takes a longer time. But it's 'waiting' time, not 'working' time.

Knew a guy that used a waterwheel to tumble rocks. The process can take weeks. Could be adapted for brass, if you have a running water source.
