Manurhin MR88 Aftermarket Grips

Anyone ever found somebody to build custom grips for a Manurhin MR88/F1? All the aftermarket grips I see for Manurhin are for the model 73 and similar models.

Will aftermarket GP100 grips fit?

And how about an aftermarket front sight? My search for aftermarket sights turned up nothing. I ordered a HIVIZ front fiber optic for S&W with barrels longer than 2.5" that needs to be punched so we'll see if that even fits.
 
I believe it uses the discontinued Ruger Security Six grip frame. You could try hogue. I checked a while back and that was the only option I could find.
 
The discontinued frame as in the "pre 151 serial" frame? The one that nobody makes grips for?

For the Security Six grips I've found some decent Hogues and some really nice Badger grips. hoping the Badger grip will work
