I hate to give up on this as I really like the Marauder kit, but haven't been able to find anything on how to solve this. What's happening is I get a stovepipe every three or four rounds when I use either the Marauder mag that came with the kit, or the additional Nomad labeled mag in my SR-22.
As the rifle works 100% when using any of the five factory mags I have, and I can't even get the Marauder mags to insert into either of my other 10/22 receivers (246 & 355 series) I'm pretty sure it's a mag issue. The only problem is I don't know how to cure it. Both mags are gen 2, with steel pins front and back.
Has anyone else run into this? Or have any guesses on where/what to file/dremel? Repeated emails to Promag have gone unanswered so far, and I hate to just start hacking away at these.
