I need your help here guys. I have a chance to acquire this but I think it is more than I can afford at the moment. I need to know a fair value for it; my research is rather thin, although it is a more desirable piece than the model 21. Its condition IMO is 95-98%, case hardening is still strong on the hammer, and the only real blueing wear is at the muzzle and along a few of the edges. Barrel length is 15", top 22 cal, bottom 44 cal. It also comes with the original holster (although strap is broken), the rear tang sight, and related paperwork including the Marbles test sheet which I have shown in one of the photos. And just for comparison, my 13 year old Fladermans lists this gun in fine condition at $1200.
Thanks for any help, if it turns out to be too rich for my situation maybe someone else can have a crack at it.

i seen them on the EE for 650-1500 over the years , that one with the holster i bet would sell for $1500+

I bought one from Epps a few months ago for under $700.oo. It's a nice gun but maybe 70 % blue, no holster either. My guess, 14-1500.oo.

I was thinking of $2500+ with peep sight (the sight is probably in the $200 - $400 range in its self) and holster but the main thing that had me leaning this way was it's condition. Joe Salter has me in the ball park me thinks.
