Marinade Recipes?

ok, I’ll bite. I'm no chef but what works well for me is throwing chicken, store or bush, in catalina salad dressing. Marinade or just cook it off in the slow cooker, or low on the stove top. Not really what your after, but we cant go tarnish that cgn to answers ratio :)

3 cups of brown sugar
2 cups of soya sauce
3 tbsp. minced garlic

Add your favorite backstrap and marinate overnight, wrap loin in bacon and either bbq or roast in oven.

2 tablespoons Montreal Steak Spice
1/2 cup Olive Oil
2 tablespoons Worcester
2 tablespoons bold steak sauce
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1/2 cup red wine

Whisk it all together and pour over meat that you have placed in a huge freezer bag, if you can, use a straw to suck out all the air to make a vacuum pack ( this will help draw marinade into the meat ) leave in fridge overnight.

This is really all I ever use with variations according to how drunk I am at the time! :D

Cup of soy sauce, 1/2 cup of balsamic vinegar, 1/2 cup minced garlic, lotsa pepper

Best on red meats or pork put meat in sealable container add ingredient. Customize with varying spices such as oregano or crushed chilis
Top off the container with cold water and put er in the fridge for at least 5 days.

Not sweet but lotsa flavor
