Hi everyone ,

I got a used Mark 4 Leupold M3A ultra fixed x10 power , I wasn't able to adjust the reticle on the target or zero the scope ,

I sent it to Leupold , after 6 weeks returned back , inspected and fixed ,

but I have the same problem , any idea?

Are you able to put the rifle in a Vice so it is stationary and see if it tracks at all against a patterned target so you can see the reticle moving? I had an issue with the mount I had and tried everything, I took it apart and remounted it to a Larue 30mm mount and that seemed to fix it. Not sure if this will work for you but it could be something simple like that.

Is it a bolt action, where you can remove the bolt and "bore sight" it? Keep in mind the reticle is likely 1.5 inches above the bore, and at a wall 20 feet away, needs to be 1.5" high.

If not, is the problem vertical or horizontal?

If horizontal, my brother in law thought that ring should oppose each other (clamp screw on opposite sides), which you can get away with on some brands of rings but not others.

Also, you are not using the piece of Sh!t rings with a clamp screw on both sides are you? If so, start by tossing in a local waterway...

Post pics if you can. Have you previously had a different scope mounted on this rifle with success?
