I went to order a MVA vernier sight today for my 1895 marlin 4570 cowboy , and the lady asked what size tang screw do my gun have? she needed length and if it was 12-28 or 12-32. i can measure the length but not sure of the screw size of 12-28 or 12-32. it's a 2007 model strait grip. anyone know what size screw it has , it's the same as is in my 1895ss as well
