I picked up a Marlin 982vs a while back and it has the wonderful heavy trigger. From what I've read a few options are to replace it with a Basix trigger or to replace the spring with a bic pen spring. Anyone have any thoughts or tales of this adventure? I'd want to get it tuned up for the gophers coming out and am trying to decide on which way to go...
