Has anyone used these sights on a Marlin 336? (Truglo TG109) I have a 1950 production one that I wanted to stick these on. I will obviously be keeping the originals to switch back to if necessary so inb4. anyway my question is, it says not for carbine barrels.... Its been a long ass time since I seen a 24" 336... what did they mean by this? mine is 20". will this work? looking for something easier to see at dusk. not wanting to drill for scope. Thanks!
