Ok i just put a scope om it and when i look throught it i can see the front sight in the crosshairs how do i fix it so i only see the crosshairs

You can unscrew the front sight and remove it. Fold down the rear sights. Or perhaps you can use higher scope mounts.

Seeing the sight is not a serious issue, it will not affect the performance of the scope. Many people just leave it alone.

If you have a hack saw, you could cut a couple inches off the barrel.
That should do it.

If the scope is very low power, you'll see the end of the barrel. No help for that; the end of the barrel will disappear around 3X.

Yes and no. I have 1,5x20mm scout scope on my Marlin 336 in 35Rem and I don't see front site even when it's mounted very, very low. Visibility of the front site depents on the hight of it, the scope's field of view, barrel lenght, and hight of the mounts and bases. GR8.

I find it very common to see the front sight, while looking through a low power scope.
Just checked a 3200 Elite, 1.5 to 4.5, on a rifle with a 24 inch barrel and no front sight. On 1.5 power it shows about 4 inches of barrel.

Looks like you will have to hacksaw off 4 + inches EH ! 20 inch barrel is easier to handle- better truck gun for road huntin ! LOL :p

Distracting, but don't worry about it. Just put the crosshairs where you want the bullet to go, and squeeze the trigger. It will work.

One thing you could do is slide the hood off the front sight, might cut down on any distraction.

I have a 3200 3-10x40 Bushnell Compact on mine, sits as low as possible. Don't see the front sight at all.
