Williams reccomends that you use a hammer extension with their sight on this rifle, however they must not mean the hammer extension that comes with the rifle, I installed the sight on there earlier today, and tried cycling the action a few times dry fired it once or twice, it does not work with the hammer extension, it interferes with the fall of the hammer and hits the rear of the sight where the checkering is
