Marlin 336 rear sight elevator

Anybody know where one can find the elevator for a '75 era 336? I heard that the ones on the 795, 60, rimfires work as well.
 
I'm sure western gunparts should have one. most likely and gunsmith should have one kicking around in the bottom of a drawer somewhere.

I had the same problem with my Marlin 1894 CSS just a few days ago. Western Gun Parts in Edmonton could help right away. Just make sure you order for at least $20 (that's WGP minimum). You might order a rear sight folding leaf because they break easily...

Do you have pictures of your rear sight elevator?

You'll find in the manuals pictures, part lists and the part numbers (Western gun parts needs the part number).
