I just picked up a 1949 Marlin 336SC in 30-30. Except for a cracked rear stock it is in about 75% condition, with some bluing loss but beautiful action and trigger, the bore is bright and shiny with strong rifling and no pitting.
I don't know what the following is like with these old Marlins when compared to a pre '64 Winchester model 94 so I was wondering is someone had an idea of the value of a rifle like this? Thanks
