I just got a never fired Marlin 410 lever gun (2003-2004 model). Beautiful pre freedom group gun. I believe I got a good deal on this. There is virtually no information about this on CGN. Anyone know what current resale EE value would be. Im likely gonna keep it but im curious if i got a good deal or not.

In 2003 Marlin made 2 "special run" lever actions.
The 410 was one and the original 336y "spikehorn" was the other.

The only reference made to the quantity of 410's made is "limited production". They are neat shotguns and pretty much only hold a unique/collectors value IMO. It had a 2.5" chamber and with a cylinder bore they never patterned that great, plus the weight made it heavy for a 410.

OP,
Based on the fact yours is NIB and these were a limited production shotgun, I would think you could sell it for $1300-1500 to the right buyer.
I'm not saying that's what I think it's worth...... but someone may buy it for that.

If you had a 410XLR in mint shape, that would be a different story.

Thanks for the information dude. Very helpful. Unfortunately I dont have an XLR model. I do really like this thing though. Its such a unique piece IMO, especially considering the majority of my safe is filled up with modern "black" rifles. Thanks again for the info
