Marlin 45-70, take down, what's it worth...

Ya, sorry another "what's it worth thread". Anway, I have a GG that's been made into a take down by the fella in Pritchard BC. Ballard rifing, ported, blued, very good shape. I don't want to sell it really, but a buddy has been bugging me to sell it to him, so I might. What's a fair ballpark for these? I'm thinking 12-1300$ Thanks
