Any of these floating around up here in Canada? My uncle in Ottawa had one when I was a kid. Only encountered a few over the years at the gunshows. Usually went quite reasonable but I never thought much of them at the time.
 
A local fellow here in Western Manitoba has one. I replaced it's broken firing pin last winter. He seems to think it is a fine rifle for when he is out on his trapline. He had 45 rounds left in the box of 50 that he had left here for me to test it.
 
I had one in 30 Carbine for a while and liked it as a plinker. I was always on the lookout for one in 256 Winchester but never found one.
 
I have one in 256 win I bought from the states about 12 years ago. Last 30 carbine I seen was at the Kamloops gun show around the same time. Kinda kicking myself for not buying. I think the guy only wanted about 325$ at the time. I’m sure there around.
 
I have been to a lot of gun shows...............and saw the OP at a bunch of them.............;)

I have never seen one at a show, and I think I only ever saw one in a guy's collection.

Ah the good old days, me and my buddys would hop into my '56 Chev pickup truck and go hit all the places right up to the Soo (don't bother stopping in Wawa). We even had our US landing permits and would take our boat from the cottage to Clayton, NY gun show up at the arena - I'll say it again - Ah, the good old days...
