Finally convinced the girlfriend that shootings fun with the help of my new 795 that I have yet to shoot. She even demanded the 25 round mag cause 10 rounders weren't enough. She has also decided she would like "her" gun to be pink so fearing she may lose interest if I do not meet her demands I am on the search for a pink stock to fit the 795. I know Boyd's make stocks specifically for this gun but pink doesn't seem to be an option for this particular model. Wondering if anyone has any ideas or advice as to where I should start my search...Thanks guys/gals.

Spray paint! I have krylon'd many synthetic stocks including a 795.

All have come out very well. 2-3 coats of paint an a few clear coats if you want.

In my experiences I just removed the stock and taped off and place where there is tight tolerances such as the trigger guard and inletting around the receiver inside the stock, clean it up with rubbing alcohol (to remove any debris, and oil) and spray a few THIN coats to avoid runs. I personally have never clear coated and the krylon has worked well for me, no chipping or flaking. However, my stocks were never being beat up, but they weren't babied either. But two coats of clear would really toughen up the finish I think.
