Marlin 795 stock

Well, I haveta say it looks ugly as sin, but I'm just crotchety in that fashion :)

I'd say go for a Boyd's Thumbhole; makes the Marlins gorgeous.

But, if you don't want to burn an extra $100 getting that, the ATI is fine. I sniffed around and it looks like there is some cutting that needs to be done to get it to fit. You'll need a Dremel or some chisels to cut out the slot for the magazine's gear. It doesn't look overly complex.

I have this stock on my - sorry, my wife's - 795. It does need some major fitting with a Dremel. I used a chisel as well. YMMV.

She loves it. The LOP is slightly shorter and she finds it more comfortable on the wrist.
