Marlin 795 trigger options?

Got my 795 to the range today, and the trigger is a bit on the heavy side for my liking. Thus, I figured I'd ask around here about my options. Is the factory trigger something that can be worked on to be made better? It seems the options for aftermarket parts varies from rifle to rifle, so what is available for this one? Spring kits? Full trigger groups? What about modifying or polishing what's already there?

I had a model 60 and replaced the trigger and trigger guard with a DIP unit. Was definitely an upgrade since DIP products are all aluminium... but it did not change the trigger pull or creep. You could cut some coils off the trigger spring but I’m unsure if it will affect reliability

I put the Mcarbo trigger and spring kit in my 795 and am happy with it. Bit pricey compared to the cost of the rifle.
