Hey

Im new here and just got a 981T about a week ago, my first purchas.
not a noob to rifles and shooting though did lots of it when i was younger with my dad.

I havent seen much posted on here about this rifle.
what are everyones thoughts on it ?

So far i really like it shoots nice groups, just got it sighted in finally
has a 3x9 cheepo tasco on it and i put a bipod on it yesterday. cant wait to try it with that now.

Going to the range tommarow to see what it can do.

an excellent target rifle. I have a predescesor in the model 81. I found it a great long distance shooter as I field shoot almost every day. Thousands of shells thru her by me and how many before I got it, One can only guess. Yet so far trouble free and definitely a pleasure to shoot. I only have a 3x9x 50 scope on it and do not want for more. Enjoy it ....

I got mine well-used with probably 5K rounds through it.

It gets 1.5 inch 5-shot groups with cheap bulk Winchester Dynapoints at 100 meters, sandbagged both ends. BTW, it wears a Jason 4X x 32 fixed power scope. (Whoever heard of that scope brand?)

It is a keeper.

Already shot about 500 rounds through it.
Shooting American Eagle through it
