Marlin Follower Change

Looking for some directions/help on changing the Follower in My Marlin 45/70. My Marlin had a flat type follower in it and I was having problems cycling Lever Rovelution ammo. I have purchaced a new "Improved" follower (has the dimple in it) this is suppose to solve my problem. Has anyone did the conversion yet and can give me some directions on how to change it out? Remove the screw holding the cap in the end of the mag tube. (hold the cap it is under spring pressure) Remove the cap and spring, tilt the rifle down and the follower will slide out. Install new follower, spring,and mag cap. Tighten the cap screw.
