Marlin Model 90 20g and Browning BL-22

Hey guys...so I have an opportunity to purchase a couple guns

1. Browning Bl-22 grade 2 serial number indicates that it was made in 1989 -- almost flawless
2. Marlin Model 90 20g O/U 26 inch barrel -- excellent condition

I'm able to pick the 2 up for $600 and I'm looking to turn them around for a profit...just trying to determine if there is actually any profit to be made in these guns...I've looked at some other forums but I'm wanting the CGN opinion...

$400-450 for the BL22. I don't know anything about the shotgun.
