Marlin Service place in Canada?

Hi,
Does anyone know if there is a service place to repair Marlins? I have another issue with 917SVT where the base mounting holes are not drilled properly. The rear mounting holes are drilled slightly to the left, you can even see it with naked eye and no matter what i do, I cannot even sight in at 25 yards. Shoots way to the right.
