Marlin tube mag bolt action rimfire owners;

I just got an 883 22 magnum , and before tearing it apart to find out why the darn thing is not extracting the second to last round from the gun , I figured maybe someone had this happen to them.
The case extracts part way , but for some reason the live round (last in the mag) seems to be coming up and preventing the spent case from extracting, so you got one over the other, and I have to flick it up and out by hand.
Now this is just with the second to last round All brands

BTT , someone must have one of these guns, but I know this is a weird problem . I never had it happen on any other Marlin
