Marlin Warranty?

Does anyone know if anyone in Canada does warranty work for Marlin, perferably in Nova Scotia.
I bought a 1894S in Feb. 07 and just got around to sighting it in today, shoots fantastic but the carrier won't lift the cartridge to allow it to go in the chamber after 15 shots fired through it. I small pin with a shoulder on it fell out when I shook it.

Hope somebody can help as deer season is only two weeks away.

Two weeks may not be enough time though.

The shop,Corbetts Gun & Tackle, closed shop this summer after 50 years. Looks like it might give me and excuse to buy another gun. lol

i had a problem with a brand new marlin 1894gs the chamber was screwed from the factory sounds like what u got they had problems cutting out the chambers because they were a real hard stainless.. took it back and marlin made good for it.
