marlin xl7 who has them in stock?

looking for a marlin xl7 but cant seem to find one in 30-06

First timer,you may want to advertize for a 2008 or 2009 model because these were made by marlin before remington bought them out.They have a JM stamped on the left rear of the barrel(to the best of my recallection).Apparently the pre-remington models are better guns.

The one I just bought in .25-06 from Wholesale Sports last week (for $329) is stamped JM on the barrel. An Actual Marlin.
