Today I'll be doing a review on the TT-33 wraparound grips from Marschall Grips, htp://www.marschalgrips.com/ here. I ordered a few months ago a set of walnut grips with red shellac and checkering. Cost me about 90$ CAD shipped. (bad pics, it was raining.)
I took off the old grip panels, twisting the grip clips from the inside and removing everything without damaging anything. The new grips needed a little bit of sanding, as TT-33s aren't all exactly the same. 5 minutes was all I needed to sand a few contact spots, and the grips fitted snugly, no play whatsoever.
I tightened very very gently the hex screws that clamped the new grip clips on and voila.
Finish is excellent. The grips are a nice deep, rich color, the wood has good grain, and they fit nicely on the gun. The TT-33 points much more naturally as the grip angle is more like a 1911's or even a Glock's. I recommend these grips. They're very pretty, they're great to hold, amazing comfort, much more natural to point. They're well made and well finished.
