Hi I don't know if it's the right place to post, but I try to order a german 98k mauser from marstar but I can't get an answer to my e-mail. I would like to know if I'm the only one having problem contacting them via e-mail, as I can't phone them cause I don't talk english really...I emailed them 3 week ago, maybe they are simply busy I can understand. Thank you,

BTW if anyone know somewhere else I could buy 98k mauser please pm me
thank you
Gab

search Marstar on CGN and you will find out that their customer service is hit and miss. Your best bet is to phone, I'm not sure what's wrong with your English, you seem to type alright.

Marstar offer a french service for their customer, just request when you call there, quelqu'un qui parle français est disponible ?

Have a nice day

P&S and Marstar are both top outfits. with P&S - use e-mail. With Marstar, call or you will get nowhere. They have a 1-800 number. It's very easy and their customer service ROCKS when you call. Admittedly, their e-mail service is non-existent though...

argh damnit, It took forever to get an answer from them and now they don't have any left.
Well I look to militaria P&S they have a wonderfull service.

As far as I'm concerned don't even bother emailing Marstar, and don't give too much heed to their website either.
THe only way to find out what they've got or how much it is is to phone them.

Jean from P&S is a helpful guy. I was in the market for a K98k about a month or so ago, so I emailed Jean and he got back to me within an hour and agreed to take some pics I requested of certain parts of his RC K98k's. I didn't wnd up buying one, but the one with the straight bolt he has posted on his site is a good looking rifle, if you buy a bent bolt hadle for it.
