Marstar M14 accessories?

I'm looking at the M14 accessories on the Marstar site..

Any comments on the quick release bipod? Good or bad?

I'm also curious about the recoil buffer...is this worthwhile?

I'm definitely going to get the sight protectors and a couple of spare mags. Since we can only load 5 rounds anyway, I figure a 5-rounder can live in the rifle, and I'll just load with stripper clips.

I wouldnt recommend purchasing the bipod or the buffer .
That style of barrel mounted bipods are the greatest and the M-14 Doc as well as Hungry both said to not bother with the recoil buffers ...and thats a good enough reason for me

The plastic sight protectors are nice though.
