Normally I don't comment on a shop selling me an item and shipping it out in a reasonable amount of time because that's what I expect of any reputable business (is that asking too much?).

However, given some of the other horror stories I'm reading about with orders and shipping from a variety of companies I have to acknowledge the service I got from Marstar.

Despite my resolution not to buy any more handguns I couldn't resist the smokin' deal on a new Norinco TT Olympia pistol ($200!!) so I ordered one from Marstar. Here's the schedule of communication:

June 6, 2022 - I placed the order and received confirmation from Marstar
June 7, 2022 - Marstar sent me the CFO reference number
Oct. 1, 2022 (Saturday) - CFO notified me that the transfer was approved
Oct. 3, 2022 (Monday) - Marstar notified me that my order was complete
Oct. 3, 2022 (Monday) - Marstar notified me that my order was shipped (including the tracking number)
Order scheduled for Delivery on Oct. 5, 2022 (Wednesday)

Given that I know they sold hundreds of handguns since the government clampdown began it's pretty hard to complain about that level of service so I give them a well deserved thumbs up.

Same experience. Can't imagine how many pistols they are pushing out right now, so much appreciated.

Maybe negative reviews are to cause negative effects on firearm business?

There have been more negative comments on CGN since the handgun ban (that's what it is a ban!!!!). There are many people out there that would love to destroy the firearms industry. Maybe a good idea is not to believe everything you read on an open forum. Plus if you're fighting with people on here maybe that's the whole point to cause division amongst people in every way. I don't comment on here often but people people need to start using their discernment and common sense. We are going to lose a lot more than firearms if things keep going the way they are. Not everyone is on your side who posts on CGN hint hint!!!!

Not sure what your point is. Are you saying people should not post just because they get poor service? Isn't one of the benefits of open forum to let others know what their experiences were (good or bad)? A company can avoid negative posts by providing good service (As Marstar is obviously doing) and I, for one, am appreciative to find out which companies are good to deal with and which ones might be a problem.

That's not destroying the firearm industry, it's weeding out the bad actors which ultimately is good for the industry and spares customers unnecessary grief.

Did they ship it with a trigger lock?
