Ok, I have to ask, what the hell is your problem with Marstar? Every time one of 'these' threads pops up, you always seem to weigh in with the 'Marstar is bad' crowd. What's the deal?
They treated me pretty good for a few years, spend a few K there. Then I was sold a well used, rusty, pitted bore rifle that was advertised as new. Check list was all marked off as "new, no signs of rust, unfired" etc. so whoever was checking these over was obviously blind. or told to mark the list as such. When the complaints started (I wasn't the only one BTW that was pissed about this) Marstar played the semantics card rather then own up to the misadvertising. They said, no no, we never said they were NEW, just NEWLY MANUFACTURED out of used and new parts, which was bull#### as the ad in Access and on their web (at the time) said "NEW" about a half dozen times throughout the ad, no mention of used anything.
Of course the "Ironclad Guarantee" was suppose to make things right. It's allows them to sell junk without any complaints, because once you complain, you are a prick because they have the "Ironclad Guarantee" to make everything allright.
Mabey I'm a #####, but after spending alot of money there, they even let me pick #### up to save on shipping so they know me, I expected a little better service as a loyal customer. You know, mabey foremention that the guns they received were used before billing me, mabey not playing bull#### semantics when they screw up an ad.........that sort of thing......I think it's called customer service
Hey, you asked.
