I did not see this posted anywhere.
So if there are some of you curious as to what they are like.

Here is a few pics of the 2-piece Stainless(finish) / Scalloped model on a Norinco Commander.

Installed in 20 seconds.. it just fit nice. Everything works.

Of course, A little blending of the 'Well' would help.
Also seems like it could be a little longer.

Chip McCormick 8rnd PowerMag w/extended baseplate.
Need to tune these up, or the mag release - need a big slap to seat.

Just thought I'd give you a look see at what Marstar is Selling for $69.95
 
Looks identical to the Ed Brown Maxi-Well. Right on, wish I woulda stumbled across this earlier! the Ed Brown is significantly more by the time it hits the front door step.

I ordered a Maxi-well from Brownells and it cost me a damn fortune...these look virtually identical. definitely worth a look
