I was test firing my Martini Cadet that I had rebarrelled to 357 magnum. I shot some 38 specials and all was well, then I fired one sellier and bellot 357 Magnum and the action was stuck. I had to tap on the breachblock with a piece of wood to open it. I had read that sometimes the firing pin hole needs to be bushed but the firing pin doesn't seem to have much of a gap with the hole. Any ideas?

yes the pin should be turned down and hole bushed
S&B are soft primers .Got lazy on my 5.6X50R and left the 310 pin un altered as it worked with my test ammo loaded with cci400 .Bought some S&B from tradex and first round stuck same as you described
cheers Peter

You don't have to be a gunsmith .A good machine shop with a mill and a lathe could handle the job . The pin diameter has to be turned or ground down . The receiver needs to be bored to except a bushing with a press fit . The bushing can be made out of a steel rod .
