Martini-Henry headspace

Anyone know what the headspacing of a Martini-Henery is susposed to be. Military Go / No-Go ??

Canada Post is going to deliver one to my mail box sometime in the next day or so, perhaps today

So I'll want to check the head space as part of my overall inspection prior to getting the dies, brass, etc...

Headspace....On a Martini? I don,t think they knew what headspace was back then.
However a discussion on that subject was had on the British Militaria Forum a while ago and it was decided that a 4 or 6 thou. feeler guage inserted between the block and cartrige in the chamber was safe.
The block is a pretty solid hunk of steel and asuming your rifle is not a kyber pass special will keep things in the chamber that belong there.
I got seven of them myself and they are a blast.
