Mas 49/56

Whats the deal with the MAS 49/56 up here? I was surfing guns on wikipedia and saw a version scoped with a grande launcher. Looked damn fine!

Not being much of a milsurp person, are these just not common in Canada? I'm assuming they are non-restricted. What do they go for in the EE?

I can't find much info on the CGN search, yes I know how to use it.

MAS 49/56

Very Rare gun in Canada, very few were imported I would say less than 50 pieces. Most went to the USA, the rest were destroyed by France under the UN Guideline.

P.S. A few hundred pieces of the earlier MAS49 did make it into Canada and they pops up for sale once in awhile.

JP is correct. The MAS 49/56 was common in the USA about 15 to 20 years ago. Very few made it here.

Not commonly seen in Canada. I don't think I have ever seen on for sale on CGN EE.

Expensive even at 1990's price. I understand 49/56 came from Syria.

They sell for almost double here, as compared to the US. Far more popular here. I want one, but I am not going to pay those prices.
