Great unit. I've had mine for about six years, and used a friend's unit many years before that. An experienced hand caster using a six banger mold is probably at least as fast, maybe faster, but it is a heck of a lot easier. Not cheap though, and each mold will be about $200 by the time it lands in your lap.

Sad but true Magma Engineering just closed shop. After so many years and so many amazing products built and sold Magma owner decided to call it quits. The line up for people who ordered Master Caster and Master Pot was two years long. Unfortunately no one will see their order filled.
I hope my Master Caster will last me for many years to come as it did so far after many years of use.
On a positive note there is a company who makes molds designed for Master caster and from what I heard people are happy with the quality. The company name is New West. So for y'all who have a MC check them out. I will order from them for sure few molds without the lube groove.
It is what it is, nothing last forever.

I automated mine.
I'll be doing another run next week.
I'll post up an updated video.
I installed a touch screen to run it since this video was taken.

Looks like good news about Magma Engineering. Someone from Australia bought Magma. They are working hard right now to make sprue cutters for molds, bolts and carriers for the Bullet Master. Not sure if they will start making again the Master Caster designed for the regular guy who wants to have a smooth machine for personal use. Their bread and butter are the guys who own Bullet Master and Lube Master. Time will tell what they will and what they will not do.
On a side note. At closing shop it was an auction where everything in the shop was auctioned in batches. Machineries, lathes, equipment etc. Of course they were some parts ready made but unsold until the closing date. Some guys won the bidding for the batches that had molds. Some won the batches with sizing dies for the Star lubesizer. I got in contact with a gent that won the bidding for a batch of sizing dies and I already bought few of them that I didn't have. All the sizing dies are original Magma made for the Star lubesizer.
If any of you is in need for Star sizing dies let me know and I will put you in contact with this gent who's from Arizona. Not sure how many folks here use Star sizers but if anyone is interested let me know. I just want to help my fellow lead casting folks from CGN with whatever I can.
