I have all the parts for my Scout rifle and now looking for a qualified gunsmith - (a perfectionist). Remington 700 SS action, Pacnor SS #1 contour and a Borden fiberglass stock. It is to be chambered in .358 Winchester. I also would like it as close to match chambering as possible if thats possible. I can provide dummy sample loads if required. Someone informed me it could be done using a .308 match reamer then boring the neck open for the dimensions required for the caliber. Any recommendations?
