Ok..........

The rest of the EESA IPSC Crew and I are mulling around the idea of pushing Drama Daze II into a Level III match.

Last years was a level II in name only as we had more than enough stages and competitors and more than enough RAIN!!!

Anyway.............the subject of match shirts came up. Which of course resulted in this poll.

I was playing with the idea of having a contest at the Highschool to design a Tee shirt for the match to raise some extra money
(Remember this is a charity match to raise money for the High School Drama Department).

Anyway............what is the general consensus on Shirts?

You know I never even thought of that aspect of the idea.....selling shirts to people not at the match...

Hmmmmm

It might be a totally different slant to the idea.

The theme of this years match is James Bond Movies...

Last year was Shakespear.....which is too bad as I had a great logo there.
"To shoot or not to shoot is NEVER the question".

I just like the idea of getting more departments at the school invoved with the project.

Perhaps if you set up a small bbq and table selling T Shirts and maybe some IPSC gear as a fundraiser?

Storm:

We just did shirt for our "team" at the AGC.. I can hook you up with a good supplier (lots of options on the shirts, half decent price on the setup etc..)

I also did the logo as well.. I can help you out if you want..

oh come on its not like EESA has been rained out on its last two or three outdoor matches...........

Errrrrr

Strike that..............I think that is exactly what has happened!

But hey! I only had to close down the outside stages ONCE!!! The Tree getting nuked by a lightning strike as I stood outside sort of pushed me over the edge!

So you don't really need t-shirts then. You need grounded wet suits.

John Take heart, you guys are sissies or is wimps (LOL Previous post stupidity) when compared to 2000 Nat'L in Guelph. Water to knee for the pre shoot. No I am not making it up. I was the only time we had both R.O.'s and life guards.

Have you thought of goggles and swim caps as a give away.

Or you could just change your tag to "sunny day" or "pleasent weather"

Oh I remember the 2000 provincials..........that was my first L3 match and I was in awe of the ground......I mean pond conditions!!

I do not mind water or mud so much as thousands of amps of electricity coursing through my body.

The nice thing is that by this years event we will have ROOFS on all the outdoor shooting ranges so people have a dry place to stay if the weather goes for crap!

People yes, but unless they move or stage are very limited you know who is out standing in the rain.

The range staff.

My mother always said I was too dumb to come in out of the rain.
