I've got a standard full length sizing die and I'm planning on upgrading to a match sizing die.

I've got an extra spot on my press, and I was wondering if I should either buy a whole new match full length sizing die, or keep and use the old one and just buy a match neck sizing die to uniformly size the neck after the case passes through the full length sizer.

Full length sizing, would size the neck. One, or the other, depending on your needs. Bolt guns mostly need neck sizing, full length only when they start getting stiff to chamber.

nickorette,

If you want to resize your handloads to perfection, without purchasing custom dies for every one of your different calibers . . . . consider this. We make a new Digital Headspace Gauge that compares your handloads to one of your fireformed cases. Then it displays your "exact" chamber clearance. Then you can accurately adjust your die height to provide -.002" chamber clearance.
