I have recently gone from eleven to three guns. I want to optimize what I have. I'd like to hear recommendations on which scope to use for the following, and why:

Scopes:
A) 2-7x33 Redfield Golden Five Star (installed on .270 since 1989) - no complaints:)
B) 1.75-4x32 Bushnell Banner Dusk & Dawn, with CircleX reticle and 6" eye relief (installed on 870 four years ago) - doesn't gather light like the Redfield:(
C) 3-9x50 Bushnell Legend Ultra HD, with parallax adjustment (installed on .223 in Dec 2013) - a little wobble and the circle begins to black out:(
D) 2.5-10x40 Bushnell Elite (still in box) - hard to tell without mounting, but seems to have less black out than Legend;)

Guns and uses:
a) .270 Win (Remington 7600, pump, 22" barrel), stand hunting for whitetails, out to 250 yards, 130 gr ammo
b) .223 Rem (H&R Ultra Hunter, single, 22" barrel), target shooting and coyotes out to 250 yards, 45 to 60 gr ammo (1 in 12 rate of twist)
c) 12 ga (870 Remington Express Magnum, 20" smooth bore barrel, IC fixed choke, saddle scope mount), stand hunting for whitetails, out to 80 yards, 2 3/4" 1 oz rifled slugs (Federal Premium TruBall)

Thanks guys:)

keep the redfield on the 270
put the bushnell elite on the 223rem
go with irons on the slug gun

also buy a .22 no one should be without a 22lr. then put the bushnell legend on it

Thanks regulate34, I can't shoot without a scope anymore (due to age and diabetes), so based on your take, the Dusk & Dawn stays on the 870:)

^ that's the exact thing I was thinking. but I'd want more Magnification on the .223

Is the the '870' slug gun for 'Bigfoot' hunting....
