Mauser 43

I have a friend with a Mauser 43 his deceased father gave him and has only 3 shells. I would like to get him a gift and get him a box or 2 if at all possible. Can anybody point me in the right direction?

Old Western Scrounger lists 20 rounds of 346 grain cast at $69.95US. Epp's is their Canadian distributor. Which means they have it or can get it.
Playing with obsolete cartridges is expensive. Epp's is the shooting Mecca of all things unusual. Give 'em a call or send an e-mail. Just don't call on Saturday and it may take some time for them to respond to an e-mail. Busy place.

at pretty much every gun show i have been too, someone has a box or two of dominion 43 mauser ammo, they usually want about $100 per box for it.

I remember a buddy's dad had one of those rifles and when the ammo was on the shelf at the general store.
