Mauser 98 bolt shroud safety help

Ok, so I picked up this 2 position m98 bolt shroud safety from Tradex a couple years ago, and now that I want to use it I can’t find the installation instructions for it. I believe it’s a “chapman” type safety or something similar. It’s fairly easy to see how it functions, I know I need to modify the cocking piece for the lever to cam into it. I would still like to see some instructions before going ahead.

Does anyone have a copy of the installation instructions for this safety?

i picked up one of these two position safeties from tradex a few years ago to put onto my jc higgens model 50/51 in 270 to replace the stock safety. the higgens is very similar to the mauser. it was just a matter of taking the old safety off and putting the new one in. relatively easy to do and everything has worked fine after. however, i recall the three position safeties are a bit more intricate and will require a couple of hours of gunsmithing to install it properly.

as an aside, tradex is pretty good to deal with so if you need any instructions, can you contact them to see if they can forward you said instructions or what would they recommend??
