The RC 98K I collected seems to have a problem with its sight. everytime I shoot it, the stock hit my cheek just too hard. I believe it's because the sight was installed too low so that I have to push my cheek to the stock. Does anybody else has the same problem? How can I expect to solve this problem?
Any suggestion is appreciated.

Lol, unless something is lost in translation here, sounds like you just dont know how to hold a rifle.

Make sure you hold it tight to your shoulder and firmly against your cheek, it shouldn't jump off of your shoulder or cheek when you shoot.

If the rifle hits too low on the target you either need to lower your front sight post or raise your rear sight leaf.

you should get someone to show how to properly shoot a rifle, like take it to a shooting club or range and have somebody there critique your stance-very seldom are the sights installed "too low"- your cheek should be nestled against the stock, not hitting it as a result of recoil- something's wrong

Do you have a camera and someone who can take a picture of you with the rifle shouldered the way you usually shoot?

If so take one and post it and someone here should be able to diagnose your problem.

eoh, do you have a long neck and arms? These rifles were built for average sized shooters. It may not fit you properly, try putting a silip over recoil pad on the rifle.

The pad won't alter the rifle at all and will reduce felt recoil.

No worries, you have an excuse for missing that big buck now!;)

Watch how tight you hold the rifle, it can be a fine balance between to hard and to loose.
