Mauser C-96 barrel

Recently I found a guy who is doing barrels relining on Broomhandle pistols.

I need some opinions if this is worth to deal with?
Also,is there a place like this in Canada?

There's a guy in SK who relines barrels, and I believe Ron Smith in AB has done a few as well. As long as the pressures are low and the job is done well, it should work fine. I have no idea about a C96 though, although I used one with a relined barrel about 20 years ago or so. It shot well, no problems. - dan
