Mauser feeding issues(.243)

Ok so I have issues with a parker hale safari delux feeing 243, it seems to jamb the cartrige on the feed ramp/chamber lips somehow. 30-06 cycles through it perfectly so Im thinking it has something to do with the short .243 round or the large sholder(308 also hangs up). Is there any way I can get it to feed the .243 round better? Does the feedramp need to be profiled different? Other than that I can't see what if anything would make a difference.

Well, a magazine spacer (at the rear of the box) and shorter follower will fix it. You might try those. - dan
