mauser in 30-06

I am looking to buy a Mauser in 30-06 to hunt with. I have come across a tweo possibilities so far, a Swedish M96 from Tradex for between $250-350, and a Norwegian M98K at P$S Militaria for $695. Could somebody tell me why one is priced so much higher than the other? Thanks.

Because the M96 is a rebarreled sporter and the K98k is a Norwegian postwar military rifle.

The K98k is much more collectible.

Get one of the commercial 98's from tradex instead of the 96.
